Served as both an Applications and Technical Architect providing strategic planning, technical requirements analysis, technical project management and more. I estimated cost/resource/hardware needs for new projects, fitted them into an overall IT strategy, served as SME, and led projects from concept to implementation and support it afterwards. When it couldn't be built cost-effectively, I led the technical side of procurement from analysis to contract to implementation. Also served as Exchange/Active Directory/Enterprise Vault engineer and SharePoint architect.

  • Developed DOJ’s first SaaS to offer to other state Justice Depts. with FBI integrations
  • Designed and implemented many different new services, application replacements, and major upgrades
  • Put together many technical project estimates with costs/hours/resource needs and presented them to Executive oversight group for approval
  • Chaired subcommittee and served as technical architect for legislative funded mandate for law enforcement to gather DNA at arrest
  • Implemented many SDLC changes to help transition WI DOJ from waterfall to Agile development
  • Submitted several concepts and designs for patent application
  • Designed and implemented system platforms for Epic’s Electronic Health Record software for 10+ national hospital systems
  • Successful Epic implementations at more than 10+ hospital systems from setting up development environments onsite to Go-Lives
  • Implemented Epic’s first customer with Microsoft App-V and Citrix 6.5
  • Part of team researching Telemedicine as a potential Epic service
  • Planned and implemented $3.5M global deployment of SharePoint to 15,000+ users.
